“The Coming Promised Outpouring”
Dear Friends in Christ:
We greet you in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth! We continue in sincere prayer for you, that your heart is prepared for what is to come! Praise the Lord!
“…this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy…” (Acts 2:16-18)
Alma and I sincerely thank each one that receives this letter for allowing us to share with you. It is very important that you are aware of what the ministry is doing, and what is to come. Your participation is a key element in our continued success in following the Holy Spirit down the highway.
Many of you may remember that last November, the Holy Spirit woke me up twice with the sound of a huge explosion. I immediately sat up expecting to hear sirens and alarms, but it was silent. The sound seemed physical to me, but as I was sitting in the dark, the Lord called me to my prayer place where He informed me of something that would soon come to pass in the United States. He said that He was sovereignly sending an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and it would be explosive in nature. God quoted to Isaiah 59:19 with a comma put in a different place. It would be good for us to remember that in the original Hebrew and Greek, there is no punctuation the way we think of in modern English. In fact, an early 20th Century scholar said that he believed that the translators had put the comma in the wrong place on this Scripture, and it seems good to me, even though I would never suggest a change to the written Bible.
God said from the Amplified Bible, “When the enemy shall come in, like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight…” (Please note the change). The explosiveness of this outpouring will be something that God does in order to win the United States as He promised me in an open vision in the Fall of 1992. If we notice the Scripture that was quoted from Acts, it does not seem to teach that man has anything to do with it at all. God says that He will do it, and the effect will be shown in people, and I believe it places special emphasis on the youth. God is going to do a new thing, and in the visions of November, 2025, He said that it will be explosive, sovereign, He Himself was going to pour it out, and there was nothing we could do except prepare our hearts.
This is a combination of past and future which will manifest in the present. Many of us are sons and daughters of the Charismatic Outpouring or the Jesus Movement. I (Mark) even remember the Voice of Healing. Many of us are spiritual sons and daughters of Billy Graham. We saw with our eyes, we touched with our hands, we observed as the Holy Spirit did wonders that no-one could explain. We must be ready for what is to come. If we have seen these things before, we should be ready to share them when the time comes.
There are many lonely pastors and leaders who have been working so hard for so long, trying to do the work of the ministry. We preach and preach, work long hours, many times doing a secular job to make ends meet, remembering the “good old days” when there was an excitement in the air. Coming to church was like going into a Bible world, where people were saved by the thousands, baptisms were happening at every turn and the Word seemed to jump off the page of the Bible. I can remember the late 1970’s and going to church was exciting. You never knew what would happen. There was so much love! I clearly remember taking my Jewish Aunt and Uncle to church. He was wearing his kippah and during the worship service, he turned to me and he and my aunt had their hands on their chests with tears in their eyes. I asked if they were feeling alright and he said, Oh my! There is such a Presence of Love here! We have never felt anything like this in our lives!” I was in my mid twenties, and thinking back, maybe I should have said nothing, but I said, “Uncle! That’s your God, sir!” He said that they had never felt that at the synagogue, and I told them that they had to come to HaShem (God) via Jesus the Messiah. We didn’t talk too much more about it, and only God knows the end of that.
When I went to Peru, there was no way to know in advance what was going to happen. It was so foreign to me, not only in the natural, but also in the spiritual. We witnessed angels working with us bringing in multitudes of lost. God did everything to bring that nation to its knees, so I can see how the thing God told me could happen here.
During the months of May and June, we have been witnessing what seems to be the beginning of this. We were with Two Rivers Fellowship in North Platte, Nebraska and that church is working hard in the community to bring the living Jesus for all to see. People are saved in almost every service and God is doing special things there through Pastor Doug Lee and his wife, Chaplain Brenda Lee. In our other services, God is increasing the anointing. He is putting pressure on the devil because while the devil has been coming in, the flood waters of outpouring are mounting. God promised Noah through the rainbow that He would never flood the world with water again, but as Habukkuk 2:14 says, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
Alma and I encourage each person to prepare his or her heart for something new. It is so exciting. Many are filled with a holy fear when they think about it, but never fear, it is Him!
