Dear Friends in Jesus the Messiah: We greet you in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Messiah! Alma and I pray that each one had a good Christmas season, and a wonderful New Year! God is moving all over the world, and He is moving in us! Praise the Lord! “…I know the plans I have for you … to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11) We appreciate so much the kind opportunity afforded to us to join you in this moment to share what we continue to do for His glory and purpose. Your participation and prayers are so important! Thank you! Alma and I want to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year. Time is sure flying by! It seems like one year begins and then we are celebrating Christmas again! It is exciting because soon we will meet Jesus Face to face!  What an amazing promise! 

2025 was one of the most fruitful times of our lives. We made a missionary trip to Chiapas in the jungle of Mexico, and visited the orphanage in Coahuila at least 3 times. I haven’t calculated the amount, but with the help of many of our faithful supporters, we have given thousands of dollars to the support and maintenance of the facility, and the feeding and care of many orphan children. We visited Canada, and traveled tens of thousands of miles across the United States, from California to North Carolina and from Michigan to the borderlands of Texas. 

We have maintained our YouTube channel (#dr.markscrivener) and on January 1, 2025 there were 1150 subscribers and now there are over 6600 subscribers and it is steadily growing. The most exciting thing about it is that it has become a family. We answer sincere questions with honesty and love, and we preach the Good News of Jesus the Messiah with a smile on our faces, and thousands of people have been born-again. They are Muslims, Hindus, Atheists, Agnostics, and many other religions. We accept everyone, no matter their background or sin, and we share the Love that Paul said “never fails”. We keep the program safe for people under 18, with no arguing, cursing, nasty talk, or racism permitted, and it is amazing what we have witnessed. 

As many of you know, in July, we had the opportunity to share on Sid Roth’s “It’s Supernatural” and we had a wonderful time. I am a professor at two Bible Colleges, and we are currently enrolled in rabbinical studies in Biblical Hebrew and Old Testament Bible College taught from a Hebrew perspective virtually from a University in Jerusalem. 

With the help of the Veteran’s Administration, I had some needed medical work done. In January, I had a very serious hernia repaired, and I was in bed for about 5 weeks, and just recently, I had another surgical procedure to remove something from my neck that has been bothering me for over 15 years. 

Now, I believe that my precious Alma and I are ready to hit the road in 2026 toward unknown horizons! As I shared in a recent newsletter, God spoke to us and advised us that an outpouring of the Holy Spirit was coming to the United States and Canada, and it was going to be like nothing we have experienced in the past. I find that to be very encouraging, and I believe that 2026 is going to be even more busy than 2025. 

Our plans are ever increasing, and we are believing to open up some new territory on the East Coast, along with a long anticipated return to California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Nebraska, Michigan, Texas and wherever else the door opens. We plan to return to Chiapas and of course, the orphanage, and we have many invitations across Mexico and other places in Latin America and the world. We are getting a pretty big vision for this part of the country, to work alongside the churches here to increase the outreach. We have been in conference with a couple of pastors and they have expressed an interest in us helping them to increase the outreach. It is utterly amazing how many people in the United States and Canada do not know the Lord Jesus, especially the youth. The kids from 15-30 years old are the fastest growing group that is coming into the worldwide church. We have to make room for them, and let them get close to us and touch us. The youth that have been getting saved in large numbers on YouTube want to talk to us, and we give them our email and telephone numbers, and they are ravenously hungry to know the reality of the Living, Breathing Savior.

Many days we talk for hours to them from literally around the world, and they want to share their their thoughts, their music, and their fears with us, and we have been able to convince some to not do themselves harm, and that there is hope and a promise of a brighter future in Jesus. When I attempt to listen to their newly found Gospel music, it is usually rap or hip-hop, and needless to say, that is not our favorite music, but I try to find the lyrics and listen and it is very anointed. I remember when I was a youngster entering a church for the first time, the old folks thought I was crazy! We had our clothes, our music and our way of talking, and the ones who loved us are the ones we remember, and what they taught me through so many long hours of patience is what I still share with others today. We absolutely MUST make room for them and their way of approaching Jesus. He is delighted with them, and so must we be!
